Our terms and conditions are as follows:
1. All cats must be fully vaccinated against feline enteritis and influenza. Please ensue that the full course has been completed at least 14 days prior to their stay with us.
2. Charges are made for the dates booked inclusive of the day of arrival and the day of departure, regardless of the time of day.
3. In the event of a booking being cancelled, we require notification in writing no less than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the booking otherwise the full booking fee is payable.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any cat, which in our opinion is unhealthy or unvaccinated on arrival.
5. Heated beds are available of your cats comfort as no extra charge.
6. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to persons, cats or property although all reasonable precautions will be taken.
7. It is your responsibility to insure that your cat has a regular flea and worming programme and that it is up to date.
8. Please ensure your cat is in a safe container.
9. Double charges (because of increased staff costs) apply to the 1st cat in every pen on the following days: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s.
10. Please make provision to take your cat carrier home.
